ALLIANCE, Ohio – Three athletes from EMU Men's Track & Field represented the Royals one last time in the 2025-26 season, traveling to the Buckeye State for the Mount Union Last Chance meet. Though they fell short of qualifying for nationals, the three Royals ended their great outdoor campaigns on a positive note.

- 100m Dash: Ahsan Abul-Qasim ran a blazing fast time of 10.79, finishing 12th overall. For the first-year from Front Royal, it was not only a new personal record, but it also moved him up to second in EMU history for the 100m, trailing only school record holder Alijah Johnson (10.48).
- 400m Hurdles: Nick Arnold came home in fifth place, completing one lap of the track in 58.15.
- THROWS
- Shot Put: Koran Rucker concluded his decorated first-year campaign with a win in the shot put. The Philadelphia native claimed the victory with a throw of 15.71m (51'6.5") on his fourth attempt of the day. This marked the 15th event win of Rucker's first year with the Royals.
What's Next
This concludes the 2025-26 season for EMU Track & Field. The Royals will bring back a lot of talent from a team that placed fifth in the ODAC Outdoor Championships, the highest team finish for EMU since 2017.
