Outlook: The Royals bring back 18 players from a year ago, including three of their top four goal scorers and their starting goalkeepers from 2022. Additionally, EMU welcomes in seven first-year players and a graduate transfer to add depth to the roster. After going 2-1 in their preseason scrimmages, the Royals are approaching 2023 with optimism and excitement about the season ahead, with an objective to move up the ODAC standings.
