HARRISONBURG, Va. – The Collegiate Triathlon Coaches Association (CTCA) recently released their 2026 All-Region teams. Zoe Clymer, an EMU senior from Meridian, Miss., has been named to the Division III All-East Region Team.

Clymer earned the honor by virtue of her seventh-place finish among DIII athletes at the NCAA East Region Qualifier held on Saturday, Oct. 17 in Lake Lanier, Ga. She completed the 750-meter swim, 20-kilometer bike ride and five-kilometer run in a cumulative time of 1:22:11.92.

Furthermore, with that performance, Clymer has clinched an individual bid to the 2026 Women's Collegiate Triathlon National Championships. It will be Clymer's fourth time competing at nationals, qualifying for the meet in all four years at EMU. Most notably, in her freshman season in 2023, the Royals finished third as a team at the DIII level at nationals.

The 2026 Women's Collegiate Triathlon National Championships will take place on Sunday, Nov. 8, at Tempe Town Lake North Park in Tempe, Ariz. The race is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time (12:30 p.m. ET).
