LEXINGTON, Va. - The Royals traveled down to Lexington on Wednesday night, for a matchup with the #22 ranked Generals of Washington and Lee.
The Royals defense had a strong night, but W&L was able to pick up the 5-0 win, with goals in each of the first three quarters.

Highlights
- The Generals got on the board in the fourth minute of the game, and added their second goal in the 14th minute. Emma Huante had two saves in the period, as W&L took a 2-0 lead after one.
- In the second, Huante added two more saves to her total, while the Generals tallied two more goals, to lead 4-0 at the break.
- Huante had a big third quarter, limiting W&L to just one goal while adding six more saves. She kept W&L off the board in the fourth, putting two more saves to her name. Unfortunately for the Royals, their offense wasn't able to put anything on cage, as the Generals secured the win.
