LYNCHBURG, Va. - The Royals field hockey team made the trip to Lynchburg on Saturday, taking on the Hornets in EMU's regular season finale.
Lynchburg put up eight goals in the first quarter, and three in each of the next three periods, to pick up a win over EMU.

Highlights
- Emma Huante picked up four saves in the first quarter, as Lynchburg took an 8-0 lead after one.
- The second and third quarter saw Huante add five saves to her total, before finishing out the day with one in the fourth. That brought her season total up to 170 and ties her for fifth all-time in a single season at EMU.
