HARRISONBURG, Va. - The EMU women's soccer team continued ODAC play on Wednesday, taking on Shenandoah at home.
The Hornets used a pair of first-half goals, and three in the second half, to pick up a 5-0 win over the Royals.

Highlights
- The Hornets came out aggressive in the first half, picking up four shots on goal in the first nine minutes. But keeper Aja Laun, along with a team save, kept SU off the board.
- 20' - Off a corner kick, Shenandoah was able to pick up their first goal of the day, giving them a 1-0 lead. Laun picked up four more saves in the half, but the Hornets added to their lead in the 25th minute to take a 2-0 lead into the break.
- SU added a trio of second-half goals, but Laun continued to be strong, adding seven more saves in the second half.
- The Royals picked up a pair of shots, coming from Leah Beachy and Lyndsay Harris.
