ARLINGTON, VA. – The EMU Men's Soccer team took a break from ODAC play on Wednesday to take on Marymount at Long Bridge Park in Arlington, Va. The trip to Northern Virginia did not end well for the Royals, as they fell 4-1 to the Saints.

Highlights
- 35' | Marymount's Leonardo Torres opened the scoring with his 11th goal of the season on an unassisted effort.
- 42' | The Saints did not take long to tack on to their lead with Darryl Cozier's second goal of the campaign, giving Marymount a 2-0 halftime cushion.
- 56' | Mesa Dula provided the highlight of the night for the Royals, scoring his third goal of the season to draw EMU within one. Ariel Bonilla set up Dula with his team-leading fourth assist of the campaign.
- However, there would be no comeback for the Royals, as Marymount added two more goals, one apiece from Manny Gaunaurd and Derek Rivera to pull away from EMU.
