EMU inched closer in the bottom of the second inning, capped off by a clutch RBI single from Sierra Lantz (Broadway, Va./Broadway).
The Wasps' Morgan Silvis launched a round-tripper over the left field fence in the top of the third, extending their lead to 5-3.
