Game scores were 6-0 in game one, and 5-0 in the second game. The two wins put the Lady Royals at 11-15 overall on the year and 5-9 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. Randolph-Macon falls to 12-10 on the year, 5-9 in the ODAC.

Lee was the driving force on offense for the Lady Royals in game one. The freshman designated player went 2-for-4 with five RBI and scored two runs as she connected for her second and third home runs of the season. Sophomore outfielder Brittany Caricofe (Bridgewater, Va./Turner Ashby) had a hit in two at-bats, scoring two runs.

Senior Jamie Fraysher (Waterford, Va./Loudoun Valley) put up another dominate performance in the circle as she went the distance, striking out a season-high six batters while allowing only one single to Katie McCauley.

In game two the Lady Royals pounded out 12 hits over the seven innings of action as junior Nicole Wade (Madison Heights, Va./Liberty Christian) and Fraysher combined for the shutout. Wade went 4 2/3 innings, allowing only four hits while striking out two. Fraysher finished the next 2 1/3 innings, allowing two hits while registering one strike out.

Caricofe was 2-for-3 in the second game while senior infielder Mandee Madden (Winchester, Va./John Handley), sophomore catcher Dana Hall (Shenandoah, Va./Page Co.) and Jessica Blosser (Crimora, Va./Wilson Memorial) each went 2-for-4.
