2022 Outdoor Season: Competed in 10 meets for the Royals. Third in the 3000m steeplechase at the W&L Track and Field Carnival and the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational. Second in the 800m and fourth in the 1500m at the EMU Track and Field Classic. Second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Shippensburg Mid-Week. Won the 400 hurdles at the EMU/Bridgewater Dual Meet. Fifth in the 3000 steeplechase at the ODAC Championships, and followed that up with a win at the Mount Olive First Chance. 

2021-22 Indoor Season: Competed in five meets for the Royals. Was third in the 4x400 relay, fourth in the 800 and sixth in the mile at the Bast Cregger. Third in the DMR at the Finn Pincus. 12th in the mile at the ODAC Championships.   

2021 Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets for the Royals. Won the 4x400 relay at the EMU Invitational. Was second in the 3000 steeplechase at the WildCat Track Festival. Picked up a pair of third places in the 800 at the EMU Invitational and the North River Track and Field Meet.
