HARRISONBURG, Va. - Angel Hines had herself a day.
The grad student scored her first goal of the season in the 25th minute, and followed that up with the game-tying goal in the 89th minute, to help EMU to a 2-2 tie with Mary Baldwin.

Highlights
- Aja Laun picked up her first save of the day in the 12th minute of the game, but the Fighting Squirrels broke the scoreless tie four minutes later when Alexis Manfield put a crosser into the box and found the foot of Harmony Crawford, who put it past a diving Laun for a 1-0 lead.
- MBU added a second goal less than five minutes later, taking an early 2-0 lead on a rainy afternoon. But in the 25th minute, Hines had a ball come out to her at the top of the box and she fired it in, past the MBU keeper, to cut the Royals deficit to one. EMU continued to pepper the MBU keeper, with shots from Esme Cardoso-Rodriguez and Leah Beachy, but both were saved as Mary Baldwin went to the half leading 2-1.
- Izzy Fraher put one on net early in the second half, but it was turned away. A minute later, Laun came up with a pair of big saves to keep EMU in the game.
- In the 89th minute, with EMU scrambling to tie things up, Mary Kate Bomberger fired a ball into the box. It glanced off Hines' leg, off the crossbar and right back to Hines, who stuck it in to tie things at two. Neither team was able to get another goal in the final minute and a half, as things ended in a tie.
