Volleyball Drops match to Emory & Henry

The Eastern Mennonite University women's volleyball team dropped its first Old Dominion Athletic Conference match of the season to Emory & Henry in five games. Game scores were 30-21, 30-23,
33-35, 20-30, and 15-10.

Junior Megan Good (Alberta, Canada) led the Lady Royals with 16 kills while senior Lisa Berry (Dalton, Ohio) added another 13 kills and 20 digs in the loss. Berry also finished the day with four service aces while sophomore Dana Sprowl (Swoope, Va.) had six solo blocks to go along with four assisted.

Junior Jamie Morgan (McGaheysville, Va) and senior libero Kara Stoltzfus (Parnell, Iowa) had 20 and 17 digs respectively.

The Lady Royals will return home to host Virginia Wesleyan on Tuesday, September 19, at 6:30 p.m.
