Randolph-Macon Defeats Lady Royals in Three

The Eastern Mennonite University women's volleyball team dropped its Old Dominion Athletic Conference match to Randolph-Macon College in three games, 30-18, 30-21, and 30-14.
The loss drops the Lady Royals record to 1-6 in the conference and 5-17 overall while Randolph-Macon improves to 16-7 overall and 5-2 in the ODAC.
Sophomore
Dana Sprowl (Swoope, Va.) had five kills to lead the Lady Royals while senior
Lisa Berry (Dalton, Ohio) and junior
Megan Good (Alberta, Canada) each contributed four kills.
Junior
Jamie Morgan (McGaheysville, Va.) had a team high 17 digs with junior
Courtney Miller (Harrisonburg, Va.) finishing second with 12 digs.
Kristina Zaccaria (Mt. Sidney, Va.) had 14 assists in the loss.
The Lady Royals will return home on Saturday, October 14, to play host to Averett University at 1 p.m. during Homecoming week at EMU.
